Ingredients:
FOR CHICKEN BREAST
- 2 chicken breasts single piece boneless
- ½ cup buttermilk (4 tbspns Greek style yogurt + 4tbspns milk)
- ½ tspn of chicken stock powder
- Some salt and crushed black pepper
- A pinch of oregano
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Oil for frying
FOR SANDWICH
- 4 bread slices (thick)
- Some lettuce broken into pieces
- A cheese slice
- Some whipped sour cream (OPTIONAL)
- Some creamy mayonnaise
- Some tomato sauce
- Some basil leaves (OPTIONAL)
Procedure:
-Marinade chicken breasts in buttermilk for around 3 hrs.
-Combine bread crumbs with all the seasonings and adjust according to your taste. Heat oil in a deep fryer.
-Now coat the chicken breasts well with crumbs and deep fry until they are done.
-Toast bread lightly and apply some sour cream, place lettuce and basil leaves, drizzle some sauce and mayonnaise, place fried patty and cheese slice and cover it with the other bread slice.
-Slice and serve with some hand cut chips and tenderloins.

Tasty and healthy chicken sandwich is ready.
Tips:
-Fry the chicken breast on low heat.
-Toast bread lightly.
