Smoked Salmon Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 Fresh bread slices
  • 2 cheese slices
  • A salad leaf
  • A tomato slice
  • ½ pk smoked salmon

Procedure:

-Heat pan and place smoked salmon on it and give it a light golden colour.

-Now on a bread slice, place a slice of processed cheese and then a salad leaf.

-Now with the help of tongs place salmon on it, then a tomato slice, a salad leaf and another cheese slice. Cover it with another bread slice. Cut it into two halves and serve in breakfast with a cup of hot chocolate or any juice.

Outcome:

Serve it with a glass of juice or a cup of hot chocolate in breakfast.

Tips:

-Use low Fat cheese slices.

-You can use bran bread too.

-Use Fresh bread slices.

Servings:

This will serve 1 person.

Egg And Cheese Sandwich

This recipe was originated in United Kingdom, as New Zealand and United Kingdom both share the same culture, same traditions and same customs, New Zealanders also like this lite sandwich in breakfast, with a cup of tea or a coffee. This is a very lite and very nice recipe. Do try it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 croissant
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cheese slices
  • 2 tbspns mayonnaise
  • 1 tbspns olive oil

Procedure:

-Cut a croissant into two halves and warm them.

-Heat oil in a pan, beat an egg and fry it.

-Apply mayonnaise on the both inner sides of croissant and place the fried egg on one side.

-Cut each cheese slice into two triangles and place them on the top of the egg and cover it with the other side of the croissant and serve hot with hot chocolate drink or tea.

Outcome:

Egg and cheese sandwich is ready.

-Don’t break the croissant.

Servings:

This is cool for 1 adult or 1 child.
