Mild Chicken Veg Curry

This is a mild curry, with mild taste and chicken stock taste, do try this and let me know your remarks …

Ingredients:

  • One chicken breast skinless
  • A knorr chicken cube
  • 1 tspn black pepper
  • 4 tbspns vinegar
  • 2 tbspns soy sauce
  • ½ capsicum diced
  • ½ broccoli sliced
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbspn corn Flour
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tbspns olive oil

Procedure:

-Heat oil and stir Fry chicken in it until its golden brown.

-Add sauces and dips in it.

-After some time add vegetables in it and stir.

-Now add a knorr cube and water in it.

-After 4 minutes, with constant stirring add corn Flour mixture to it and make it thick.

-Now add black pepper.

-Serve it hot with boiled rice and grilled chicken piece.

Outcome:

Hot and tasty chicken curry is ready.

Tips:

-Avoid lumps.

This will serve 2 persons.

Hot n’ Crispy Grilled Chicken Leg Piece

This is a very crispy and hot recipe For chicken leg pieces. Its very juicy, very tangy and very spicy, do try this and let me know your remarks …

Ingredients:

  • 2 leg pieces whole with skin
  • 4 tbspns vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspn red chilli powder
  • 1 tbspn yogurt
  • Some oil
  • 4 tbspns Nandos peri dip hot

Procedure:

-Marinade chicken in all of the ingredients given above except Nandos dip and olive oil For an hour or so.

-Preheat grill at 180 degrees Celsius, 30 minutes before cooking.

-Now place leg pieces on grill and Fan grill it For 30 – 35 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius.

-Now take it out and apply Nandos dip on it and then grill them on high temperature For some time until it gets brown and crisp.

-Now serve it hot with mint sauce and various salalds.

Outcome:

Hot, spicy and crispy chicken leg piece is ready to be served.

Tips:

-Cook chicken thoroughly.

-Do remember that cooking time For chicken leg piece and breast piece is entirely different, breast piece requires more time than chicken leg piece.
