Egg Fried Rice (Chinese Style)

This is one of the Chinese style Egg Fried Rice, its cooked in Chinese style but ingredients are of vegetable rice, do try this and enjoy your Favourite curry …

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs well beaten
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tspn black pepper
  • 1 cup thinly sliced cabbage
  • ½ cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 2 cups soaked rice
  • 1 tspn Chinese salt
  • A pinch of chicken stock powder
  • 4 tbspns soy sauce
  • 4 tbspns olive oil
  • 2 tbspns vinegar
  • 2 cups soaked rice
  • Plenty of water For boiling
  • 1 tspn oyster sauce

Procedure:

-Boil rice in plenty of water. Drain water and Freeze the rice.

-Heat oil and when it is medium hot, add eggs in it. Cook it with constant stirring and when it is slightly done, add vegetables in it. After 1 minute stirring add, soy sauce, vinegar and oyster sauce and cook it with constant stirring For 2 minutes.

-Now add Frozen rice in it and stir and mix vigorously.

-Take it out in a plate and serve hot with any of your Favourite curry.

Outcome:

Tasty egg Fried rice are ready to be served.

Tips:

-Cook egg completely, then add vegetables.

-Cook all of these things with constant stirring.

Servings:

This will serve 2 persons easily.

Chicken Mince Pasta

Very tasty pasta …

Ingredients:

  • 2 tspns olive oil
  • 1 tbspn grated ginger
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • ½ onions chopped
  • 2 tspns cream
  • ½ carrots diced
  • ½ cup of chicken minces
  • 2 capsicum slices
  • 2 tomato slices
  • ½ pk. boiled Fettuccine spaghettis
  • 2 cups traditional pasta sauce
  • Dried oregano to taste
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella

Procedure:

-Heat oil and stir Fry mincemeat in it along with ginger. When it turns white add pasta sauce, carrots, green chillies and onion.

-Cook For 2 minutes.

-Now add cream and mix

-Add boiled spaghettis and cook on low heat For 2 minutes.

-Take a Pyrex deep bake dish and with a tong and spoon place some of this mixture into it. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese and then make another layer of pasta mixture.

-Sprinkle rest of the mozzarella cheese and place capsicum and tomato slices on it.

-Bake it in a preheated oven For 15 to 20 minutes and serve hot with potato wedges.

Outcome:

Tasty pasta is ready.

Tips:

-Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius, 15 minutes before baking.

-When it is ready, keep it aside to cool and settle down then dish it out.

Servings:

2 – 4 person can have it easily.
