Ingredients:

  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaronis
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese + more For topping
  • 6 tbspns unsalted butter
  • 6 tbspns Flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 10 button mushrooms sliced thinly
  • Some salt and pepper

Procedure:

-Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and grill chicken breast.

-Cut it into thin Flakes.

-Boil macaronis and drain well. Keep aside.

-Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

-Now in a skillet or wok melt butter and sauté mushrooms in it. Now add Flour and stir. Immediately add chicken broth and milk.

-Stir well. Avoid lumps.

-Now add parmesan cheese and when a smooth, thick sauce is Formed add chicken Flakes and boiled macaronis.

-Stir well and remove From heat.

-Place these macaronis in a Pyrex deep baking dish and top it with some parmesan cheese. Place it in the preheated oven For 10 minutes.

-Take it out and serve hot.
