Ingredients:

1 cup moong daal
-
1 cup masoor daal
-
1 tspn salt
-
1 ½ tspn red chilli powder
-
1 tbspn fresh cream
-
1 tbspn lemon juice
-
1 tbspn ground hot spices
-
I scoop of butter
-
3 green chillies (1 as t is and 2 sliced)
-
2 tbspn of fresh green coriander leaves
-
1 piece star spice
-
2 red chillies
-
¼ tspn methi dana
-
1 onion thinly sliced
-
A piece of cinnamon stick
Procedure:
-In water add soaked daals, salt and red chilli powder and put it on heat.
-It will start boiling and a stage will come when it will form a fine paste.
-Thats the cooked daal.
-Now for the flavour, melt butter in a separate pan and add onions in it. When the onions get goldern brown add 1 green chilli, star spice, red chillies, methi dana and a cinnamon stick.
-When it begins to produce noise add it to daal and mix well.
-Now dish out your daal and garnish it with green chillies, corrianber leaves and lemon juice.
-To add much more beauty make a circle frsh cream on the top of coriander leaves and green chillies and garnish it with ground hot spice.
-Your daal is ready to be served. Serve it with onion’s salad and saadaa paratha or roti.

Yummy daal is ready.
Tips:
-Do not make too fine paste of daal.
-Do not stir it frequently.
-Make sure that it doesnot stick to the surfave of the pan.
-If you don’t wanna use butter, use oil, ghee or olive oil.
Servings:
This will serve 4-6 adults or 6-8 children.
