Winter Beef Curry

Winter Beef Curry is ideal For cold winter nights, do try this and let me know your remarks …

Ingredients:

  • ½ kg beef strips
  • 1 carrot sliced
  • 7 broccoli heads
  • 7 cauli Flower heads
  •  8 French Beans
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • Some salt and pepper
  • 4 tbspns olive oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tspn corn Flour mixed with water

Procedure:

-Heat oil in a wok and stir Fry beef in it, add soy sauce and ½ of the water and let it simmer For around 20 minutes or until the beef is tender.

-Add all the vegetables and rest of the water and cook.

-Now add salt and pepper. After some time add corn Flour mixture to make it thick. Serve hot with boiled noodles or boiled rice.

Outcome:

Lovely winter beef curry is ready to be served.

Tips:

-Add corn Flour mixture when very less amount of water remains in the curry.

Mincemeat Bites

Mincemeat bites is a quick snack which is made in no time, do try this and make your day …

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup roasted mincemeat
  • 4 bread slices
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese grated
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese (extra sharp) grated
  • ½ cup tomato salsa, pizza sauce or pasta sauce

Procedure:

-Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

-Cut each bread slice into 4 squares or triangles and apply some sauce on each one of them. Scoop some mincemeat on them and top with some parmesan and cheddar cheese.

-Bake in a preheated oven for 15 – 20 minutes or until golden brown.

-Take out and serve.

Outcome:

Tasty and tangy mincemeat bites are ready to serve.
