Hi, I am Ayesha and I am here to assist you people in cooking.
INTEREST IN THIS FIELD:-
Food and Drink is a branch of culinary arts. Its a part of every society and community so I think that the know-how of their Food is 40% of their cultures. Its an interesting study and one of my Favourite hobbies too. I want to be an expert in all of the edible items of every region.
COURSES:-
I have attended a couple of cooking classes from Pakistan and I am completing a certification in cooking from New Zealand. I have also completed an online course of food presentation.
MY FAMILY SUPPORT:-
I have learnt many Pakistani dishes and vegetable dishes from my Grandma (dado) and I am here just because of the encouragement of my Grandpas (dada abbu) (nana abbu) and the support of my other Family members. They all have encouraged me a lot in this field. My husband have also encouraged me a lot and he is always in search of cooking classes for me, he wants me to make a name in this field.

ya its ok but i dont like the indian section much because the butter chiken i have eaten in sweet and in her recipe there is no sugar, the tandoori chicken i eat is red in colour but hers is brown and grilled………. so i like her pizzas and pastas stuff but sorry no indian.

I like your site and the thing i like the most is your “Dough” section and “Pizza” section. I have learnt many dishes from here specially baking and grilling, your grilled chicken looks soooooo yummy
