<p><strong>FOR MARINATION</strong></p>
<ul>

<li>1 tbspn cracked black pepper</li>
<li>A pinch of salt</li>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Procedure:</span></strong></p>
<p>-Wash and pat lamb cutlets with a clean kitchen towel. In a bowl mix all the ingredients given for marination. Pour this mixture or lamb cutlets and mix well. Refrigerate for 2 nights.</p>
<p>-Heat olive oil and fry onions in it. When they are dark brown take them out leaving the onion flavoured oil in the pan.</p>
<p>-Now place 3 cutlets at a time and cook them on very low flame, nearly 15 minutes per side or until they are well done.</p>
<p>-Arrange them in a serving dish and serve hot with any one of your favourite dip.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Outcome:</span></strong></p>
<p>Tasty herbed lamb cutlets are ready to serve.</p>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Ingredients:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 pkt fusilli pasta</li>
<li>1 ½ cup sour cream</li>
<li>1 cup creamy mayonnaise</li>

<p>-In a deep mixing bowl combine, salt, black pepper, sour cream, cream, capsicum, red pepper, mayonnaise and parsley and mix well. Now add boiled fusilli and mix well.</p>
<p>-Keep in refrigerator and then transfer it to the serving bowl and serve.</p>

<p>-Lift and place it in the serving dish. Season.</p>
<p>-Heat oil for scramble egg and fry onions, tomatoes and other vegetables until they lose their stiffness. Add seasonings and crack rest of the eggs. Mix well until they are cooked.</p>
<p>-Place it with the fried egg and serve hot with some toasted white bread.</p>

<p>Tasty grabba egg breakfast is ready to serve.</p>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Procedure:</span></strong></p>
<p>-Marinade chicken breasts in buttermilk for around 3 hrs.</p>
<p>-Combine bread crumbs with all the seasonings and adjust according to your taste. Heat oil in a deep fryer.</p>
<p>-Now coat the chicken breasts well with crumbs and deep fry until they are done.</p>
<p>-Toast bread lightly and apply some sour cream, place lettuce and basil leaves, drizzle some sauce and mayonnaise, place fried patty and cheese slice and cover it with the other bread slice.</p>
<p>-Slice and serve with some hand cut chips and tenderloins.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Outcome:</span></strong></p>
<p>Tasty and healthy chicken sandwich is ready.</p>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Ingredients:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2 ½ cups water</li>
<li>4 cups milk</li>
<li>A pinch of saffron strands</li>
<li>2 tbspns green tea leaves</li>
<li>1 big cardamom</li>
<li>1 big piece of cinnamon</li>
<li>2 cloves</li>
<li>3 almonds</li>
<li>4 green cardamoms crushed</li>
<li>Some salt</li>
<li>Sugar to taste</li>
<li>1 small very small drop of pink food colour (OPTIONAL)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>FOR GARNISH</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Crushed or slivered almond</li>
<li>Crushed or slivered pistachios</li>
<li>Some mixed dried fruits</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Procedure:</span></strong></p>
<p>-In a saucepan, add all the ingredients given above except milk and for garnish and bring to a boil.</p>
<p>-Boil well for 10 minutes.</p>
<p>-Add milk and boil again.</p>
<p>-Strain this mixture and pour it into 4 cups.</p>
<p>-Place some mixed dried fruits on the saucer and garnish the tea with some crushed pistachios and almonds.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Outcome:</span></strong></p>
<p>Tasty and lovely Kashmiri Chai is ready to serve.</p>

<li>½ pkt. Roasted vermicelli</li>
<li>Some edible silver foils (chandi ka warq)</li>
<li>4 &#8211; 8 sultanas</li>
<li>Some slivered almonds and pistachios</li>
<li>Very few strands of saffron (OPTIONAL)</li>
<li>½ cup dried dates (some sliced thick and some shaved)(deseeded)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Procedure:</span></strong></p>
<p>-Boil milk with crushed cardamom and sultanas. Add vermicelli, saffron, and sugar and sliced dried dates.</p>
<p>-Mix well until the vermicelli tends to lose its stiffness and comes to a boil.</p>
<p>-Transfer the whole stuff into a deep dish and garnish with some silver foil, shaved dried dates, almonds and pistachios.</p>
<p>-Refrigerate or serve as it is.</p>
