Ingredients:
- 2 small brown onions
- ½ red capsicum
- 4 button mushrooms*
- Some salt
- Some pepper
- 2 tbspn instant chicken stock*
- 1 tbspn soy sauce
- 2 tbspns olive oil
Procedure:
-Wash and peel onions, slice them in rings and wash and slice other vegetables too.
-Now in a pan heat olive oil and sauté mushrooms and when they begin to loose their stiffness add rest of the vegetables with all the seasonings and sauces. Mix well and after 2 minutes dish them in a plate.
-Serve any barbecue or steak or Fish Fillet on this bed of salad.

Tips:
-Do not let them burn.
-Only mushrooms should loose their stiffness not other vegetables.
