Mincemeat Bites

Mincemeat bites is a quick snack which is made in no time, do try this and make your day …

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup roasted mincemeat
  • 4 bread slices
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese grated
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese (extra sharp) grated
  • ½ cup tomato salsa, pizza sauce or pasta sauce

Procedure:

-Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

-Cut each bread slice into 4 squares or triangles and apply some sauce on each one of them. Scoop some mincemeat on them and top with some parmesan and cheddar cheese.

-Bake in a preheated oven for 15 – 20 minutes or until golden brown.

-Take out and serve.

Outcome:

Tasty and tangy mincemeat bites are ready to serve.

Flame Grilled Lamb Chops

Flame grilled lamb chops is a lovely appetizer to start with, its lovely full of flavours and juices, well marinated and tender, do try this and make your day …

Ingredients:

  • 6 lamb chops with fewer amounts of fat
  • 4 tbspns olive oil

MARINATION

  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • Some salt
  • ½ tspn crushed red chilli
  • ¼ tspn carom seeds
  • ½ tspn methi dana powder
  • ½ tspn ginger and garlic powder mix
  • ½ tspn cracked black pepper
  • A pinch of turmeric seeds
  • 1 tbspn lemon juice
  • 3 almonds crushed
  • 4 cashew nuts crushed
  • 8 peanuts crushed

Procedure:

-Combine all the ingredients of marination and pour it all over the lamb chops. Keep aside for 12 hours or more.

-Heat flat pan and place all the chops on it and pour over the left over juices.

-Let it cook on very low flame.

-After 10 minutes turn over its sides and then let it cook for 10 – 15 minutes.

-Turn on the flame and cook each one of the chop on naked flame.

-When it starts getting brown and golden in colour, serve it hot with some lemon juice.

Outcome:

Tasty flame grilled lamb chops are ready to serve.
