Ingredients:
- 1 sponge cake
- 2 cups of thick cream
- ½ cup icing sugar
- 1 tin pineapple
Procedure:
-Whip cream and sugar.
-Cut sponge cake horizontally into two pieces.
-Sprinkle some tin pineapple juice on both of the cake pieces to make them soft and juicy.
-Now apply some whipped cream on one sponge and then place some pineapple slices on it and then cover it with the other pastry sheet.
-Smoothly apply some of the remaining whipped cream on the top and on its all Four sides.
-Decorate the cake with pineapple slices and rest of the whipped cream.
-Refrigerate.
Outcome:
Tasty Fresh cream pineapple cake is ready to be served.
Tips:
-Use piping bag to decorate.
-Soak the sponge well in tin pineapple juice.
