Ingredients:
- 12 single chicken wings (nibbles)
MARINATION
- 2 cups luke warm water
- ½ tspn dried dill leaf tips
- ½ tspn ground sage
- ½ tspn basil
- ½ tspn thyme
- Some salt and black pepper
- FOR EGG COATING
- An egg
- ¼ tspn salt
- 1 tspn red chilli paste
- ½ tspn garlic minced
- Some dill
FOR FLOUR COATING
- 1 cup self raising Flour
- 1 tbspn corn Flour
- Some dill
- Some salt and pepper For seasoning
- ½ cup ground bread crumbs
- Oil For Frying
Procedure:
-In a bowl, mix all the ingredients written For the marination.
-Soak chicken wings with skin in this mixture For 2 hours.
-Drain this mixture and keep the chicken wings with some herbs on it.
-Now in a bowl whisk eggs and add all the things given For egg coating.
-And separately combine all the ingredients except oil given For crunch coating.
-Heat oil.
-Now take each nibble, coat it well with egg mixture and then in crunch mixture and deep Fry For 5 – 10 minutes or until golden brown.
-Do same with others.
-Take them out on an absorbent paper and serve hot with any dip of your choice.
Outcome:
Lovely wicked wings are ready to serve.
