Very tasty and crispy rolls made up of vegetables and oyster sauce, gives pure Chinese taste, do try them,
it is a starter in Chinese Cuisine …
Ingredients:

2 cups sliced cabbage
-
1 cup grated carrots
-
½ cup chopped capsicum
-
½ cup sliced spring onions
-
Salt to taste
-
2 tspns Chinese salt
-
¼ cup vinegar
-
2 tbspns soy sauce
-
4 tbspns oyster sauce
-
1 tspn black pepper
-
4 tbspns olive oil
-
12 Pastry puff sheets
-
3 tbspns all purpose Flour
-
Some water
-
Oil For Frying
Procedure:
-Heat oil in a pan and stir Fry cabbage, carrots, capsicum and green onion / spring onion in it.
-Add all the sauces and seasonings to it. Mix it well.
-After 5 minutes remove it From heat and allow to cool.
-Separately mix water into Flour and make a smooth mixture. This will be used to close the openings of the rolls.
-Now apply this Flour mixture to all of the Four sides of puff pastry sheet.
-Put some Filling on one side of the puff pastry sheet and role.
-Close its open ends with the Flour mixture and keep on rolling it.
-Do same with other puff pastry sheets.
-Refrigerate them For 30 minutes to make them Firm. (Make sure they are not too close to each other, separate them with cling Film, if you want to Fry it afterwards then store it in Freezer and do not warm them in microwave oven)
-Heat oil in a deep wok and deep Fry them until they are golden brown.
-Place them on absorbent paper and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
Outcome:
Tasty spring rolls are ready to be served.
Tips:
Do not over Fry them.
