Grabba Egg breakfast is lovely, believe me …
Ingredients:
FRIED EGG
- An egg (whole)
- 2 tbspns olive oil
- Salt and pepper to season
FOR VEGETABLE SCRAMBLED EGG
- An onion (small) (chopped)
- A small tomato (deseeded, chopped)
- 2 green chillies (chopped)
- 2 springs of coriander (chopped)
- ½ capsicums (chopped)
- 4 tbspn olive oil
- Some salt and pepper
Procedure:
-For boiled egg, heat 2 tbspns of olive oil in a non stick frying pan, crack an egg and let it settle. Cook on very low heat until its stable. Do not turn or pour over hot oil on t.
-Lift and place it in the serving dish. Season.
-Heat oil for scramble egg and fry onions, tomatoes and other vegetables until they lose their stiffness. Add seasonings and crack rest of the eggs. Mix well until they are cooked.
-Place it with the fried egg and serve hot with some toasted white bread.
Outcome:
Tasty grabba egg breakfast is ready to serve.
Tips:
-Heat oil to the medium level when making fried egg.
