Ingredients:

½ pack smoked salmon ( 50g)

2 tbspns capers
-
½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
-
6 tbspns pizza sauce
-
2 tbspns olive oil (for glazing)
Procedure:
-Glaze your pizza dough with olive oil, apply pizza sauce and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on it.
-Put salmon pieces and sprinkle capers on it.
-Put your pizza into a preheated (180) oven for baking.
-Now when you notice that the cheese on top is melted and crust is getting golden brown, take it out.
-Let it cool for some seconds.
-Now with the help of a pizza cutter, cut 8 equal pieces and serve hot with dips.
Outcome:
Pizza is ready to be served with a smoky taste and smell.
Tips:
-You must glaze the sides of your pizza with olive oil.
-You must heat your oven 30 minutes before you start baking your pizza.
-Its important to give pizza sometime to cool down after baking, to settle its toppings.
