Its a very quick version of Fusilli salad, all you need is cream, sour cream, some veggies and boiled pasta and look your salad is ready …
Ingredients:
- 1 pkt fusilli pasta
- 1 ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup creamy mayonnaise
- ½ capsicums sliced thinly
- 1 red chilli deseeded and chopped fine
- 2 tbspns full cream
- Some salt
- Some cracked black pepper
- 1 tspn dried crushed parsley / few sprigs of parsley finely chopped
Procedure:
-Boil 2 – 4 litres of water and add dried fusilli pasta. Boil well and strain. Keep under running cold water for few second and separate them with your fingers. Keep them aside for 2 minutes or until all the access water is drained.
-In a deep mixing bowl combine, salt, black pepper, sour cream, cream, capsicum, red pepper, mayonnaise and parsley and mix well. Now add boiled fusilli and mix well.
-Keep in refrigerator and then transfer it to the serving bowl and serve.
Outcome:
Tasty and lavish salad is ready to serve.
Tips:
-Mix all the things properly.
-This salad is valid up to 8 hours. Refrigerate once made.
Servings:
This will serve 6 – 8 persons easily.
