Quick Fusilli Salad

Its a very quick version of Fusilli salad, all you need is cream, sour cream, some veggies and boiled pasta and look your salad is ready …

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkt fusilli pasta
  • 1 ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup creamy mayonnaise
  • ½ capsicums sliced thinly
  • 1 red chilli deseeded and chopped fine
  • 2 tbspns full cream
  • Some salt
  • Some cracked black pepper
  • 1 tspn dried crushed parsley / few sprigs of parsley finely chopped

Procedure:

-Boil 2 – 4 litres of water and add dried fusilli pasta. Boil well and strain. Keep under running cold water for few second and separate them with your fingers. Keep them aside for 2 minutes or until all the access water is drained.

-In a deep mixing bowl combine, salt, black pepper, sour cream, cream, capsicum, red pepper, mayonnaise and parsley and mix well. Now add boiled fusilli and mix well.

-Keep in refrigerator and then transfer it to the serving bowl and serve.

Outcome:

Tasty and lavish salad is ready to serve.

Tips:

-Mix all the things properly.

-This salad is valid up to 8 hours. Refrigerate once made.

Servings:

This will serve 6 – 8 persons easily.

Farfalle With Beef Mince

Farfalle is a bow kind of pasta which is easily available in market, it shares the same characteristic which other pastas share the only difference is its shape and I guess that is easily visible in the picture below …

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkt. Farfalle* pasta
  • 2 cups premium* beef mince
  • 1 scallion* chopped
  • 1 cup Bolognese sauce* or traditional pasta sauce*
  • 4 tbspns olive oil
  • Some salt and cracked black pepper
  • Some chopped parsley
  • 1 tbspn dry parmesan

Procedure:

-Boil pasta according to the instructions given on the backside of the packet or see “Tips” page.

-Heat oil in a wok and stir Fry beef mince. Add scallions, salt, pepper and sauce. Mix well.

-Now add parmesan + boiled pasta and mix.

-After a minute or two, cooking it on high Flame, serve it with some chopped parsley and shaved parmesan.

Outcome:

Tasty pasta is ready to be served.

Tips:

-Cook add Bolognese sauce when the mince is Fully cooked.
